[Bachelor Degree] BAZNAS Scholarship for Indonesia Student at Albukhary International University (AIU), Malaysia (Fully Funded)



BAZNAS together with Albukhary International University in 2019 have signed a scholarship cooperation program named Beasiswa BAZNAS - Albukhary International University (BCB - AIU). This scholarship is intended for Indonesian students who have graduated from high school / MA / Vocational High School who continue their studies to undergraduate level at the bachelor level with the following qualifications:




Benefit:

    • Cost of making a Passport

Requirement:
  • Graduated from SMA / MA / SMK or equivalent in 2018 or 2019
  • Male / female
  • Ages 18-21 years as of September 1, 2020
  • Not married and willing to not get married while getting a scholarship
  • Parents' income (working parents, fathers and mothers) a maximum of Rp 4,000,000 / month. Evidenced by a salary slip or income statement
  • Have a TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 550 or an IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 5.5

  • Following the series of scholarship selection process

[Bachelor Degree, Diploma, and Short Course] Undergraduate Studies Scholarships 2020/2021 at IED Barcelona, Spain


ED Barcelona rewards talent and that’s why we invite you to participate in our scholarship contest for the academic year 2020–21.

In order to participate, you will need to develop a project related to the topic of the contest. We will ask you to squeeze your creativity and show us your best ideas. Join the contest, and start your professional future in an international environment!

Benefit:
  • IED Barcelona offers 17 grants covering all or part of course tuition fees.
  • These grants only apply for tuition fees. Therefore, the cost of inscription, accommodation and other expenses will not be included in the grant and will be borne by the awardee. Enrolment fees must be paid for every year, regardless of any grants awarded.

Theme of the contest:
The topic of the contest is “Respect” This topic affects applicants to any course.

Contest Specifications:
The project must meet the following requirements:

Project format:
  • 1 single PDF file, DIN A4 size, horizontal format, max. 10 pages.
  • PDF file maximum size: 5 MB
Project content:
The PDF file must include:
  • Student information (personal data, previous studies, professional background, interests…)
  • Motivational letter (250 words approx.) - Project Title - Project concept (250 words approx.)
  • Project content (Text and/or sketches and/or pictures and/or links to videos). The content of the project has to adjust to the requirements of every course. Requirements are available by clicking on the link of your course of preference.
The projects that do not accomplish these requirements will not be admitted to the contest.
IED Barcelona’ staff members cannot help you or guide you during the production of your project. It must be an original idea exclusively developed by the applicant.

Requirements:
  • To hold a High School Diploma or Vocational Training (or be attending the last year)
  • To be no more than 26 years old when applying for the contest
  • The contest is available for students from all nationalities
If you meet the requirements, join in! You can win a scholarship covering up to the 100%* of the tuition fee.
* The jury may alternatively choose to award two grants covering 50% of course tuition fees.

Summer School at Universitat de Barcelona 2020, Barcelona

This UEA summer school in Spain is specifically for students who are interested in urban economics, including regional and urban policy, real estate, transportation, economic geography, etc. students participating in this summer school will get a chance to learn about the research activities related to such topics.

Students will also get the opportunity to present their own research during the summer school.
Financial Support:
Limited funds available to support students who need financial support. If you would like to apply for such support, please outline your case in your application in a separate section "Financial Support Request". We strongly encourage students to first investigate available travel funding from their own universities.
Requirement:
  • Applicants must be students of the Ph.D. level of studies
  • Applicants must be at least in 2nd year (or further) of their Ph.D. studies

  • One page description of your Ph.D. Topic in pdf file format
  • A short reference letter from a faculty advisor that describes how the summer school is relevant for your research area and topic (Faculty advisor shall email this separately on the same email by his/her own self)
  • Optional: if a student wants to present his/her own paper during the summer school they should also attach the paper.
  • Applicants shall email the above-mentioned things to ieb.summer@ub.edu.
  • Application fee (Financial support available)\Applicants are required to pay a fee worth 150euros.
  • This fee shall cover working lunches, one evening event, and breaks for coffee
  • Some funds are available for students who cannot afford to pay and require financial support.

  • Email your CV and a one-page description of the topic of your PhD as one pdf file to ieb.summer@ub.edu with “UEA Summer School 2020, Your Name” in the subject line. 
  • Ask one of your faculty advisors to send a short note to the same email address with the same subject line endorsing your application to attend and noting how it relates to your research interests and dissertation plans. 
  • If you wish to present a paper at the summer school (this is not a requirement to apply), include the paper in the same PDF file as your CV and the one page description of the topic of your PhD. 
  • We consider only papers which are single-authored or co-authored with other PhD students. Abstracts and extended abstracts are not considered.
